Shipping
All orders will be processed within 2 business days unless informed otherwise.
Orders will be processed up to and including Saturday. Shipments for orders placed on a Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Deliveries may occur during a weekend but not on a Bank Holiday. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your parcel you will be notified via email with an expected date.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Certain items are considered out of guage and as such maybe subject to higher delivery charges.
**Free delivery will be available at check out if your postcode falls within the designated area.
For orders over £25 (before tax), delivery is free for most items, however, items considered out of guage by the courier will be subject to a delivery charge.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Delivery to BFPO address: £10.00 per item
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
An email will be sent to you once the order has been processed and another letting you know when it has shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds.
All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.
(b) the supply of goods that are made to the customer’s specification or are clearly personalised.
(c) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly – such as a delivery of  flowers
(d) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/ order code. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: LONGTON HOME & GARDEN, 70 LIVERPOOL ROAD, Longton, Preston, ENG, PR4 5PB, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, If you receive a refund. If the order placed was subject to a free delivery, the initial delivery costs will be deducted from the refund; unless the item was delivered damaged or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
